Biography

Andy Wiedlin is one of the most prominent and successful marketing and advertising leaders in the digital space. Specialising in social marketing and advertising, Andy has pioneered breakthrough strategies for several of the hottest companies on the Internet, including BuzzFeed and The Huffington Post.

Before retiring from BuzzFeed, Andy grew the news and entertainment company from zero to $100 million in revenue and profitability with over 700 employees focusing on providing unique social-media-based advertising programs for some of the world’s leading brands.

At The Huffington Post, he pioneered the idea of social news, which has since become a staple of online marketing. Andy got his start in the social media space at MySpace where he was the pioneering social networking website’s vice president of sales.
